OPTION 1

Independent customs clearance.

The importer himself prepares the package of documents, completes and submits the declaration. The importer bears the full responsibility for this.

OPTION 2

Brokered clearance

The customs broker fills in the declaration, prepares and checks the documents. The payment of customs duties is not his responsibility.

OPTION 3

Customs clearance under direct contract

The importer, his representative, an intermediary company or a broker, may file the declaration. The amount of customs duties is determined by the value of the goods as specified in the invoice.

OPTION 4

Customs clearance under contract

The importing company is responsible for the selection and purchase of the goods, logistics and customs procedures. The same company is responsible for all the risks. As a matter of fact the Customer shall purchase the goods from the Importer already in the RF.
